Amazon's Bezos is going to retire as CEO, and Jasie of AWS will take over the position.

On May 26, Amazon, the major online shopping company in the US, announced that CEO Jeffrey Bezos is going to retire on July 5, the day that Amazon was founded. Andy Jassy, CEO of current Amazon Web Services (AWS), is going to take over the position as his successor. According to Jeff Bezos' retirement announcement, he is going to continue to support the company's growth by participating in important decisions as chairman of Amazon after his retirement. TechCrunch, a US technology media, reported that Andy Jassy, the next CEO, is considering bringing back the former senior executive, Jeff Blackburn, who retired in February 2021. Jeff Blackburn is going to come back on June 7 and take office at the newly integrated Media & Entertainment division.
