According to the report, "contact-free payment (smartphone payment)" (34.9%) was ranked first among the services that were used more frequently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, followed by "take away" (29.4%), and "online shopping" (29.2%). In addition, about 90% of the respondents said that "online shopping" was the most used due to the COVID-19 pandemic. "Clothing" and "daily necessities" account for about 60% of the items purchased online in the COVID-19 pandemic. Regarding the intention to save money, women in each age group had a high tendency to save money, and the largest number of respondents who answered that they wanted to save money was women in their 20s (75%). In addition, when asked about their intention to use points, more than half of the respondents answered that they would like to use them now, indicating a high intention to use them.
