Infrastructure Division of China Online Shopping Major "JD.com" Has Agreed to Acquire China Distribution Center Development Company
On September 3, it was reported that the infrastructure management department of "JD.com," a major online shopping company in China, agreed to acquire "China Logistics Property Holdings (China Logistics Assets)," a logistics center development company. According to people familiar with the matter, China's logistics assets to be acquired are valued at about HK 16.4 billion dollars (about 232 billion yen), and JD will acquire a 26% stake in China's logistics assets.
