US Walmart Launched New Service for Ordering Products via Text Chat
US "Walmart" has announced that it has launched a trial service called "Walmart Text to Shop" to order products via text chat. Specifically, AI analyzes text messages from users to order products, and also recommends products suitable for the users through the learning function. The users can also change the product, specify the delivery date and time by text message. The users can confirm the order details after purchase with the Walmart app. The service is being rolled out as a beta version in some areas, and they plan to expand the area of use in the future based on customer reactions.
