In Partnership with Major US Retailer "WalMart" and Software "Adobe," and Sell Online Shopping Technology to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises"
On July 28, US retail major Walmart announced that it has partnered with software company Adobe to sell online retail technology to small and medium-sized retailers. The technology is a subscription format that provides Adobe commerce users with a system that enables Omni-channel support, including store receipts. Additionally, the company's fulfillment services will enable WalMart's distribution network, which has a network of 4,700 stores nationwide, to deliver products in as little as two days from ordering. The reason why the technology has been sold outside is that the demand for building a retail mail-order site is increasing as online consumption progresses due to the influence of the COVID-19. According to WalMart, the partnership can accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized retailers.
