UNIQLO Launches Service to Receive Products Purchased Online at 750 Stores nationwide

EC Weekly Picks 日本国旗

On October 8, major apparel company "UNIQLO" announced that it has launched a new service "ORDER & PICK," which allows customers to order online and receive products at stores. Specifically, customers can order products on the app or site, make payments on their smartphones, and then pick up the products at the specified store in a minimum of two hours. It can be used at approximately 750 UNIQLO stores nationwide. In order to realize the fusion of online shopping and physical stores, UNIQLO has started the service to receive products purchased online in China several years ago. Then it has achieved great results. This time, it seems the convenience of customers will be improved by applying the system that was successful in China to Japan.
