This trend is the same not only for consumers but also for consumer-business communications, such as purchasing and inquiring products. transcosmos' AI Research Institute "Communication Science Lab" conducts its own "Consumer-Company Communication Survey" every year. Please look at Figure 1. From 2016 to 2019, the use of messenger applications and chats are expanding, and it can be seen that they are beginning to become a new way of communication.
